TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    At Soma, our policies are designed to ensure every client enjoys a high standard of service, consistency, and care. By booking an appointment with Soma, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Booking Deposit

    • A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

    • Clients who do not wish to pay a deposit are all welcome to attend as walk-ins; however, services are strictly subject to availability at the time of arrival.

    • Walk-ins can only be booked and completed on the same day. Future appointments cannot be reserved without a deposit.

    • Deposit amounts are as follows:

      • Cosmetic tattoo, skin and aesthetic treatments: $100

      • All other treatments: $50


    2. Payment Options

    We accept the following forms of payment:

    • Cash

    • Bank Transfer

    • Credit Card (Surcharge apply)

    • AfterPay  (T&Cs apply)


    3. Arrival & Late Policy

    Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your service. In such cases, your appointment will be considered missed, and the deposit will be non-refundable.


    4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 72 business hours' notice (excluding weekends).
    With appropriate notice, you may reschedule once to a new date within one month of the original appointment without forfeiting your deposit.


    5. Touch-Up Appointments

    Touch-up sessions are not included in the initial treatment price and are charged separately.

    We recommend booking your touch-up within 4–8 weeks of your initial treatment to achieve the best results.


    6. Salon-Initiated Rescheduling

    Should we need to reschedule your appointment, we will offer the next available dates that suit your service.
    If none are suitable for you, a full deposit refund will be offered upon request.


    7. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

    Failure to attend your appointment or cancel within the required notice period will result in the loss of your deposit.


    8. Deposit & Voucher Validity

    All deposits, prepayments, and vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. After this time, they will no longer be valid or redeemable.


    9. Policy Updates

    These terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our services, operations, or policies. Any updates will be published here, on our official website, and will apply to all future appointments. We remain committed to fairness and transparency, and we encourage clients to review the latest terms before each visit.
