Laser Tattoo Removal
Proper aftercare is essential for safe healing and optimal fading results. Please follow these instructions carefully after each session.
- Temporary redness, swelling, and tenderness for a few hours to a few days.
- The treated area may feel warm, similar to a mild sunburn.
- Scabbing, blistering, or flaking can occur — this is normal.
- The tattoo may appear faded, cloudy, or white (“frosting”) immediately after treatment.
- Gently cleanse with mild soap and cool water, then pat dry.
- Do not scrub or rub the treated area.
- Use the recommended soothing cream/ointment (e.g., Aquaphor or aloe vera) 2–3 times daily to keep skin moisturized.
- Cover with a sterile, non-stick bandage if blistering occurs.
- Avoid tight clothing or friction over the treated area.
- Do not pick, scratch, or pop blisters — this can cause scarring or infection.
- Avoid Direct sun exposure, tanning, swimming pools, saunas, or hot tubs until healed.
- Avoid Applying makeup, perfume, or harsh products to the treated area.
- Avoid Intense exercise or heavy sweating for 24–48 hours.
- Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen once the area is healed to protect against sun damage.
- Healing time varies, but most people need 6–8 weeks between sessions for safe fading.
- Multiple sessions are required for best results.
✨ Be patient! Tattoo removal is a gradual process. Consistent aftercare ensures the best results with minimal risks.
